After phoning for an emergency appointment for 4 days with no luck, I drove to Tewkesbury and waited on the doorstep for them to open, sure I would get an appointment for later today. Imogen had an early cancellation and saw me straight away. Fantastic service!!

Sadly, the confusion at the reception excelled itself this time I’ve commented before on this.
The lady had trouble with my deposit of £50 and a cost of £189 for something. At which point I asked what the £189 was for as it’s not certain to me what treatment I required, it was clearly a filling, but how much work, anesthetic etc required was at that point unknown. I’m not sure she understood my question as she then wrote that I thought £189 was too expensive. The money wasn’t an issue, the lack of clarity around what was being charged is the only issue I had tried to understand. Can’t argue with the dentist's work post this reception fiasco. Sadly, every time I attend there is a similar issue. It does appear that this is caused, party, by a lack of clarity around a pricing structure. For example, I have been charge £53 for an emergency appointment. To be clear. I made the appointment and it was two weeks away, hardly an emergency. Previous appointments have been made in shorter times that didn’t carry the “premium” emergency tag. Sadly the end of our relationship this time. My heart condition can’t cope.

Vanisha and her assistant were friendly and professional. Vanisha told me step by step what she was about to do.

Visit to see the hygienist. Always put at ease by all the staff. I’m very anxious at the dentist and the hygienist is lovely.

I was early for my appointment and was seen very efficiently and quickly and out within five minutes.

This person left a star rating but no comment.

Was only kept waiting for a couple of minutes after the appointment time. Assistant welcoming. The hygienist listened to me and explained the procedure.
