My dentist is just the best
I booked in at the reception very efficiently, sat and waited a short time to be called and my dentist is just the best, she did what was needed to my teeth which I’m pleased with as we chatted . She told me if I have any problems with the teeth to come back and see what is needed to be done.

Very poor
Tewkesbury House Dental Practice
I had to pay privately to get an appointment to have a painful tooth extracted.
The only concern was I felt it was very rushed to get the tooth removed, didn’t feel as if numbness was correct even though I was told to put my hand up if I could feel anything. I put my hand up twice but poking and pressure were still maintained. I’ve had two extractions previously and never felt like I did this time. It made me feel nauseous. She did open the window for me.
By the time the tooth was extracted, my mouth felt properly numb. Just felt it was very rushed and not given enough time for injection to take hold.
To add insult to injury, I was charged another £26.00 on top of the £100.00 quoted over the phone.
Venetia was very nice but was very unnerved with the procedure.

Check up
I had my teeth checked with a very pleasant young lady, unfortunately she is not permanent so I may not have the pleasure of seeing her again.
It is very sad that we do not have NHS dental care now for pensioners, or anyone.

Vanisha is an excellent dentist and so warm and friendly taking the time to explain what treatment is needed and the reason for said treatment - thoroughly recommend both Vanisha her dental nurse, thank you.

NHS
The perfect dentist
Alena is the perfect dentist, sensitive to patients' needs and fears with excellent results. Knows her stuff and doesn't do unnecessary work. She always has her patient's best interests at heart and treats her dental nurse and other colleagues respectfully.
As for the practice unfortunately they have removed the majority of their NHS provision, therefore like other practices are failing lots of patients on lower incomes.
