Emergency appointment
I was seen the same day. The dentist was quick, efficient, promptly diagnised the issue and carried out treatment. It was all dealt with within 10 minutes.

Tewkesbury House Dental Practice
I was at the practice last September. Since then everything has changed. I didn’t know it was now more private than NHS. Very disappointing. Two of my family members have been struck off because they haven’t been for two years. They had not been informed. Receptionist was very polite but didn’t accept they had not had dentists available during most of this time. Very disappointed with this situation. Even though my husband's dentures were NHS fitted, we’re told because they don’t fit properly now he will have to go private.
The receptionists were all very pleasant.

Great hygienist
I told the new hygienist, Kate ?, that I was very nervous about my appointment and she was beyond amazing at putting me at ease and kept checking in on me. Genuinely never knew hygienists could be this great! Thank you so much. So good I booked my next appointment for 3 not 6 months time.

Crown preparation
I went in this morning for a crown preparation not knowing what to expect. My dentist was very gentle and made the procedure painless, even giving me a temporary replacement until my fitting. The dental assistant was lovely and very caring. I actually left smiling and highly recommend this practice .

Efficient, careful and polite
I had numerous text messages reminding me of my appointment which was excellent.
I was seen on time. I didn’t have to wait at all. ( my appointment was at 9.15am).
Ms Chung was very efficient, careful and polite and asked about my diet and water consumption. She did not hurt me during the examination which didn’t take long.

I did ask the dentist if she was there permanently, she said no just for one month. I then asked at the receptionist if they were getting another one and she said it was very unlikely.
