Very impressed
The reception lady was very welcoming, pleasant and chatty. And Imogen was very thorough, gentle and informative. She showed and explained my xays to me, gave me advice, told me what my options were and the prices. She also gave me some sample toothpastes to try. Very impressed all round.

Treatment options clearly explained
Treatment required for very painful toothache.
Very sympathetic response from receptionist resulting in same day appointment.
Treatment options clearly explained and carried out efficiently by dentist.
Pleased to know that NHS option is still available to existing customers, but both made it clear that it would be easier and quicker to get a private regular check-up or appointment (NHS waiting time approx. 2 months).

Quality of dental care.
This dental practice has very competent dentists and helpful desk staff. The quality of dental care provided by the dental staff is first class.
It is disappointing that the new owners have discontinued NHS treatment. The down side for this practice is that pensioners who are now transferred as private patients and a higher cost will be looking at the treatment cost of competitive private providers.

Excellent temporary treatment
I was delighted to receive emergency treatment. I was at first requesting help accepting of waiting three weeks before work could be carried out but my tooth broke and I was in pain as it caught my tongue. I think I could have been given quicker temporary attention at my first request rather than suffering for 24 hours.

Highly recommend
My dentist, professional, knowledgeable and very good at her job, and puts me at ease on every occasion.
All round really nice person too. The practice in general and staff are excellent. Highly recommend it.

My dentist puts me at ease
I'm very nervous when it comes to dentists but my dentist puts me at ease every time and is so caring. I'm so lucky to still be able to have an nhs dentist so hopefully the government give them all a decent pay rise.
