Great service

First time have needed urgent appointment. Shame could not be NHS and so needed to be private. Next day appointment for filling and done painlessly in 30 mins. Great service. Although did cost £110.

Dentist was great.
Your new process of calling a month before appointment is due and going down to one day per week is a disgrace.

Makes me feel comfortable

Such a lovely receptionist, very welcoming.
Also my dentist. She knows I’m a nervous patient and she ALWAYS makes me feel comfortable and also explains everything that she’s doing and she will take a break with me if needs be.
