The dentists are really understanding and take great care of patients with concerns about sensitive teeth! They always see you within reasonable time of an appointment too which reduces anxious waiting around listening to high pitched drilling!! Thanks go to all the team.

Extremely helpful and gentle
The hygienist was extremely helpful and gentle when cleaning my teeth. She gave me lots of good tips on how to keep my teeth clean and healthy. I would definitely recommend her as she was so lovely - 5 stars.

The dentist is meant to open at 8 am, I was standing outside from 8.25, I rang the doorbell, it doesn’t work, the phones stated they weren’t open yet at 8.30 then they were on again I was continuously calling for 7 minutes and eventually let me in at 8.38 for my 8.30 appointment. Prices have suddenly gone up without warning, especially as the last appointment was cancelled which I had already waited 9 months for and 5 months later managed to get another one. And then expected to pay half of the next one upfront! Would of nice to have been credited for the wasted time and petrol for my last cancellation which I had already driven to when it was cancelled by text message with no attempt to rebook it.

I arrived early and was actually seen before appointment time, quickly and effectively assessed, unfortunately 2 fillings, 1 extraction needed, only negative won’t be completed till 2/1/24, understand how busy just hope extraction doesn’t worsen.
