My experience

The dentist was rude. Only speaking to me with her back to me, terrible manners. Then I found out that the practice no longer wants NHS patients and is changing the availability for NHS appointments in favour of private patients. As an NHS patient of over 20 years at the same practice I feel that this treatment is disgusting. Clearly this is why the dentist was so rude.

My experience

Receptionist were lovely and helpful. The dentist was rude and very quick to get me out. A check up is £25 and I was in there for 4 minutes. She barely listened to me and was very short answered.
