Care and attention to detail
Care and attention to detail in my treatment. Never cancelled nor kept waiting. From the reception staff to the dental nurses, fantastic. Alena was my dentist and she was great as I was a very nervous patient in a lot of pain on first meeting. She continued to reassure me.

Receptionist friendly.
Concerns over future care and appointments as unable to book next appointment. Future of practice seems to be very vague, worryingly so.
