Really puts me at ease
Felicia was amazing, she really puts me at ease, I have had tooth removal and fillings and for the first time ever, totally pain-free! She is amazing! Receptionists are very polite and professional, they can’t do enough for me, and for once in my life, I’m not afraid of my dentist!

My experience
My dentist is always friendly, positive and helpful.
This is not the practice’s fault, but they are unable to accept my second child as an NHS patient (my first child was accepted a couple of years ago). I feel saddened and a little shocked but again, this isn’t their fault.

The quote I was given at start of treatment £282 was not honoured, gone up to £306 ( paid today even though treatment not completed, staff said it was NHs putting price up ). The dentist was competent and no problem however she needed to seek advice on possible treatment to front tooth ( no treatment today ) further appointment next week.
