I came in to have a couple of teeth out which I was dreading. Vanisha and her nurse put me at my ease and extracted both teeth with sensitivity, communication and professionalism. They are a credit to the practice and the NHS.

Appointment
I was left a little confused. I was told when the temporary filling came out I would need a crown. But no x rays were taken or even mentioned. I asked if I needed a follow up appointment, the answer was just No. I was told by reception to go online to book a check up so I could then go forward to get work done, which I know I need. Online it doesn't let you book a check up; it keeps saying phone the practice. Left feeling confused and as a nervous patient not having a lot of faith in the practice.
