Fantastic service and treatment at Tewkesbury Dental Practice this morning. They had me in very quickly after my phone call to them. My tooth that had broken the previous evening was successfully removed there and then. I am most grateful to them.

I’ve just paid £69.00 for a hygienist. She just flossed them slightly, that is what I do every evening. Then she said that going to polish them. But only turned it on for half a second and turned off. Nothing has been done to my teeth for an almost 70 pounds appointment in 5 minutes. And, in the end, she told me to book another one in 6 months. I went outside and almost threw up, didn’t want to go back and complain because they will be on her side. And my teeth look as yellow as before. Now I need to find another hygienist in town and pay another… Thanks.

Clinic cannot keep track of their patients

I started getting emails from Tewkesbury a while ago. I emailed them back to let them know that not only was I not their client, but I lived on a different continent than their practice. I still get their patient's appointment reminders and other data.

My experience

I feel that I have been seen for less than 5 mins but I need to pay near £200. Although the fee is covered in a follow up treatment, I am not really happy with the payment in advance. I always required to pay after treatment, not in advance.

It was just two minutes check, and I already need to pay £25.80. A future appointment in a month time followed, and I need to pay £165 in advance. The fee should be paid after the treatment!
