Very Sympathetic Experience
My visit was an emergency and I was able to get an appointment within 24hrs.
All the staff very very helpful and sympathetic, trying to ensure a reluctant patient was at ease. The necessary extraction was not the best experience I have had, but the dentist was very reassuring making sure the local anaesthetic was working to minimise the pain, before proceeding with the extraction.
Afterwards, all the staff made sure I was feeling well enough to go home and I was advised to sit in the waiting room until I was confident to depart - they even gave me a glass of water !
Visits to the dentists are never nice things, but this one, helped so much was just about as good as could be expected.
