My dentist was lovely. She cared about the pain I was in and is willing to have me in early again if need be.

Always friendly n very professional. All staff make u feel very welcome from arriving ,treatment n on departure. Would definitely recommend the practice.

Excellent, friendly service, made to feel at ease

Great staff and especially the receptionists. Even though they are so busy all the time and have a torrent and wave of abuse everyday they are still polite and in good spirits. For instance overheard patient last week being vile and ignorant when the really helpful Scottish lady was on her own working at reception. The so called patient then informed her husband to call who then threatened to rip her face off. Completely out of order when someone is trying to help. These ladies work long hours everyday and endeavour to help. All messages for cancellations come from head office so not their fault, if dentists do not come in through sickness etc this is not the receptionists fault so all those complaining should sometimes think before they speak. This practice has always been good to me if some people would just take deep breath and realise that the receptionist are not punch bags then it would be greatly appreciated. Treat people how you want to be treated, think of that this could be your mother, daughter or sister would expect them to be treated that way. Thanks for being polite and helpful Sue and Lorraine and all the staff at Tewkesbury Dental Practice. Keep up the good work.

I am a very nervious patient when it comes to the dentist but the lady I saw and the hygienist really really amazing I have had a tooth extraction and still in pain but couldn't fault these guys so gentle and patient with me. Thank you I'm sure once the tooth extraction pain weres off

Since this dental practice has been under new management it has been amazing. They are professional, compassionate, organised, knowledgeable and gentle! The prices were lower than expected and service was fast! Thank you so much for making this a positive experience, I will be back and also recommending this practice to all my family and friends.

I have always been happy with the quality of dental care at this surgery. I was previously using a local private practice and was surprised to discover the facilities here to be far superior. Make of that what you will!
If any of my friends and family complain about their dentist I always point them in this direction. I am not going to name my dentist but she is the best I've ever had (and I've had a few!)

I can't praise Tewkesbury House enough; being ridiculously nervous the lovely dentist Mo was so understanding that I've had all my work done without needing therapy :-) !! Everyone from the reception team through to the surgery crew is fabulous and I was given a top tip by one of the lovely staff to wear headphones and my favourite music to block out the drill noise- Adele worked a treat ! Have recommended to all my friends, feel very lucky to have found it.

When I broke a tooth recently it was so bad I thought I might loose it. Irina, my dentist confirmed as much but said she might be able to save it with a deep root filling and a lightweight crown. The results are fantastic, I am so pleased and it has given back my confidence when I smile. I cannot thank Irina , her assistant Shardai and the team enough for their amazing care , professionalism and skill.

Fantastic practice!! Clean, professional, accomodating and friendly (everyone smiles)! I would totally recommend!! Irina is a brilliant dentist she has taken 2 teeth out and I have had root canal treatment and she did a brilliant job I totally trust her!! Thankyou.

Really friendly and helpful staff, Dentist was on time and I felt they cared about my problem. I fully understood all the options that were given to me I would definitely recommend this practice to a friend as I used to be a nervous patient.
