We appreciate that this can be very frustrating. Some treatments take longer to investigate, treatment plan and carry out hence the delay. We don't know if you were informed how long you would be waiting or if there was going to be a significant delay (which is the usual procedure). Emergency appointment
I am not a patient but called on the off chance they would have an emergency appointment available due to pain and inflammation from a wisdom tooth. They were amazing! Got my an appointment the following morning and the staff were very welcoming and informative.
My appointment was great. The dentist put me at ease and took the time to explain the issue and intervention needed.
Highly recommended!

This was my first visit to this practice. From the receptionist to the dental nurse and the dentist it was first class. Everything was explained even down to showing me my x-rays and coloured photographs of my teeth and pointing out where to pay attention when brushing my teeth, next appointment to see the hygienist hopefully this will be another good visit.

Thank you very much for your feedback and your appreciation of Karen’s skills and equipment.
There are two toilets in the building one on the ground floor but unfortunately not always accessible if the surgery is in use. It’s only fair for the previous patients confidentiality for this to be the case. The other toilet is on the second floor mainly for staff use but access is allowed if you can’t wait. Most people just arrive for the appointment without having to use these facilities since the appointment is mostly on time for Karen and then they leave after treatment. The practice is in a grade 2 listed building and when I set it up in 2017 I thought long and hard about the design of these facilities- changing the layout to accommodate as many groups as possible. Nevertheless less we do our best. But we won’t be able to please everyone all of the time.
