Had a great visit with Karen my hygienist, trying out new warm water cleaning, wow, what a game changer as no anesthetic required now, so much easier and more comfortable.

Superb treatment from Karen the hygienist and Mr Ruperelia the Dentist. Felt I received excellent attentive care from the receptionist through to the hygienist, nurses and finally our Dentist. Very strongly recommend the Practice.

Thank you for taking the time to provide an excellent review. I am sorry that sometimes reception wasn’t covered during an exceptionally busy clinic. We were working with an agency that didn’t know the ropes and hence the receptionist had to cover the decontamination room at the same. We take your feedback very seriously and will endeavour to make it an even better
experience as we work to make our patient journey seamless.

I always feel well looked after by the dentist Vrajesh Ruparelia and hygienist Karen Noy. They have been great at providing helpful tips for improving cleaning, non judgemental, and are good at explaining medical jargon. I'm very impressed by the new use of AI!
