One question I always have after a visit is why do you not issue a receipt? All I know is that I pay out a fixed payment via DD on a monthly basis but I have no idea of the actual cost which I find rather disconcerting.

Thank you for your enquiry. If you are paying by Direct Debit on a monthly basis for a payment plan then this payment is taken from your bank account. When you joined first you would have been informed of your monthly payments and direct debit guarantee. Receipts are difficult to provide for this amount. However if you purchase extra sundry items then a receipt can be provided. I hope this answers your concerns. Please do not hesitate to contact the practice if you require any further clarification. I’ve just completed a long course of treatment for a very troublesome tooth, and I can honestly say that Dr. Vrajesh Ruparelia is the most patient and thorough dentist I’ve ever had. It was such a refreshing change from the usual “20 minutes and out” experience I’ve had with other practices.
Dr. Ruparelia took great care not to rush the process, allowing several months for the infection beneath the tooth to fully heal before proceeding. The result is a fantastic new crown, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome.
I can’t recommend Dr. Vrajesh Ruparelia highly enough—he’s truly a standout in his profession.
