Park Street Dental Clinic, as always, excellent

I am a new patient at Park Street. After my initial checkup some preventative work was recommended. All I can say is that I am very happy with my treatment under Adam, with Pria assisting. The whole patient experience from reception to treatment has been professional, considerate and seamlessly efficient.

I was back at Park Street Dental Clinic for both a routine check up and refitting a tooth that had come away from its fixing. As always I found Clare Edwards warm and welcoming, putting me at ease. She was both thorough and thoughtful during the appointment advising me what she was doing. I will be back again soon!

My dentist, Adam, is always friendly and professional. Clearly explained a proposed procedure and why it needed to be done. Very happy with this practice.

I attended on 29th April and saw the hygienist, usually a painfree and almost relaxing experience. I was having no trouble with my teeth up till then, but on this occasion, there was a lot of pain round a lower right tooth as she probed around it. I didn't complain and assumed it would settle quickly. After 48 hours it was considerably worse and I was aware of spreading pain over the adjacent gum and a tender swelling below the mandible. I assumed it was an infection and sought an appointment with the dentist who advised removing the tooth. I was not keen on that and we agreed on a week's course of amoxicillin. Only now after 3 weeks has the pain settled to the extent that I can actually eat solids with my denture in place. I am now pain free. I attribute this episode to heavy handed instrumentation by the hygienist. Over the years I have had every reason to be very grateful for the care I have received at the practice but would not agree to be treated by that particular hygienist again and hope you can schedule me on a future occasion with someone else
