Hygienist appointment with Laura

I had my hygienist visit done by Laura. Although not my favourite pastime she provides a caring attitude not rushing you and giving you a break. Overall she is excellent.

Invisalign Success!

I was apprehensive about starting my Invisalign journey but really wanted to feel more confident and less self conscious about my teeth. The minute I met Adam Conradi, I felt in safe hands. He explained everything in clear steps. He was honest about the outcomes and explained the plan so that I knew exactly what to expect. The whole process went smoothly, was pain-free and finished within the expected time frame. I had regular check-ups to ensure my teeth were moving as expected and Adam made amendments where needed. I’m so happy with how my teeth now look and they are so much easier to clean and floss. I would highly recommend Adam and his team at Park Street, if you are thinking of getting Invisalign. Just wish I’d done it sooner.

Appointment

The Monday afternoon receptionist was discourteous and operating outside of her remit when I called about a lost filling. She reprimanded me in that I had not been to the surgery for some time and I really must come more often. This was not the time for this discussion and it is not something that the dentist raised with me at my appointment.
