First class
I had a problem over the weekend with a lost filling which exposed the metal pin. My tongue was rubbing on the pin and I could not eat. I phoned the surgery at 8.30 on Monday morning and got an appointment for 9.15 am from a friendly receptionist who cared. It was resolved by Adam quickly and efficiently. The staff at Park Street are first class and you are always shown a caring attitude.

Empathic, kind and gentle
Dr Clare Edwards is the only dentist I have seen in my life that I trust. She is deeply empathic, kind and gentle. She doesn't patronise or talk in jargon. I am an extremely nervous patient and, while I'm never going to love visits to the dentist, with Clare they are becoming easier.
