Dapo carried out my routine clean and polish professionally and without issue and agreed that my dental health has greatly improved since my last visit. He is a very polite, friendly and considerate clinician with an excellent chair side manner so from the patient’s perspective, dental treatment is much less daunting than it might otherwise be. His excellent advice on maintaining dental hygiene at home between appointments is also very helpful and most welcome. Thank you Dapo.

The receptionist was well organised, followed by the welcome gesture of the Doctor’s assistant guiding to the chamber . Dr. Hameed’s friendly professional approach, step by step examination and finally explaining of the treatment regimen with further follow ups. This was my first visit and extra time and effort’s were made without rushing in a calm environment.

I’ve been seeing Clare for many years and I have no words for her care, her patience and her empathy towards me. I’ve been through it with my teeth the last couple of years but Clare has always looked after me and never made me feel scared or worried about a thing. I have so much respect for the way she handles everything and even with my anxiety she is careful to explain everything in a way that I can process what’s going on. She has so much time for every patient and nothing is ever a problem.
A special mention to Rachael who is just the best dental nurse. She is always on hand to reassure and offer a hand to hold. Together her and Clare are literally the dental dream team.

No problems at all with staff or dental treatment.
Surprised that the surgery could not provide a temporary parking permit as permits are now mandatory on the local road. At the time of my visit there was a very long lorry blocking access to the surgery carpark and to my daughter's drive next-door where I would normally park, and I had to find a space on the street. Perhaps this situation should be addressed.

Dear Mr Bryant, thank you for your review. The recent changes to the parking situation on Park Street are indeed a challenge for us. We are sorry that a lorry (unrelated to us) was blocking access to our driveway and your daughter's driveway at the time of your visit.
Unfortunately the recently introduced "residents only" parking means that we as a commercial premises do not have access to temporary permits as we are not deemed to be residents.
This is something that would indeed be a useful facility if the local council were to introduce it.
Unfortunately it is not available at this time. There is however free parking available in the market square car park 2-3 mins walk towards town. We apologize again for any inconvenience that you experienced.
