Everything went well from pleasant reception to professional dentist.

I have certain issues which make me a tricky patient, but Clare is unfailingly gentle and everyone is very friendly. They are efficient and caring. As usual, it was a positive experience.

Being of a certain age, a visit to the dentist has always been nerve racking. Past experiences have taken their toll ! I have found Clare to be the kindest and most friendly dentist that I have ever had. Clare is gentle and considerate and I hope she never leaves!

Arrived for our first appointment with my toddler - Adam and Rachel were so friendly with a nervous 2-year-old during her appointment and really helpful and caring when it came to my turn and she didn’t want to leave my side. Went above and beyond here. Adam gave really thorough explanations and I trusted his assessment - something I’ve had a bad experience of in the past that nearly cost me a lot of money and 3 teeth!

Laura was expert, efficient, kind and reassuring, with a helpful, efficient assistant. All in all a good experience. Thank you.

Receptionist: Friendly and delightful to deal with.
Hygienist (Faye): Superb - calm, measured, gently expert and informative.
Dentist (Adam): Everything one could wish for in a dentist (and I've seen a few over the years). I especially appreciate his 'we'll keep an eye on' approach to named potential future problems - it inspires confidence (as does the Park St practice in general).

Staff are always friendly and pleasant.

My daughter and I both use this practice. Its super efficient and they explain everything to you in a way you can totally understand. Adam is very good with my neuro diverse teen too.

A fantastic dentist with a very welcoming atmosphere. After many years of avoiding the dentists and being embarrassed about my teeth , severe tooth pain finally forced me to make the jump and get them seen too.

I had booked a new patient exam which was still a week away but being in so much pain I emailed reception to see what they could do and they were able to bring my appointment forward to the same day. I saw Clare who was very friendly and sympathetic and I was given antibiotics for my infection and a treatment plan with cost estimates.

My biggest problem was my two front teeth which had suffered damage due to far too many fizzy drinks in the past and were badly stained and chipped meaning smiling was a big no no for me for many years. Clare did an absolutely brilliant job fixing these with composite bonding which was completely painless and they have totally surpassed what I was expecting, they look exactly the same as they did 20 years ago!

So for anyone worried about being judged on the state of their teeth I can't recommend Park Street Dental enough, they really are just interested in making you better and not judging or shaming you in any way.

Another positive is my several emails to reception have always been answered promptly and thoroughly. At most places you could be waiting for a day or two for a reply but I feel they actually make a real effort to monitor the emails. All in all, a really great place all the way from the team at reception to the nurses and dentists.
