I am an anxious patient when visiting the dentist, Clare always puts me at ease. She explains any problems that I have with my teeth and gums and suggests solutions. She never lectures me about dental hygiene as it is up to me to do the right things and if I don’t follow her suggestions I know what will happen!
She has a lovely manner and I have every confidence in her.
Her dental nurse was also very good, friendly and kind.

Extra appointment as I had a small gum problem
Clare managed the problem and resolved it in a very professional manor. She booked me another appointments in two weeks to check “ all remained well”.

I have again had an excellent experience at Park Street Dental Practice. This applies from the lady on reception through the dentist herself, Clare, to the team of hygienists.

Tooth resorption
Today was a follow up to an appt in late 2023 to investigate an infected gum which did work for a while, but the discomfort has recently returned.
The cause has now been discovered - resorption, causing pain/infection, the tooth has now been removed. Throughout Clare explained what was happening.
Re waiting time - there was a slight delay but reception kept me informed - and I suspect my own unexpected treatment also might have caused a delay for the next patient.
Re cost - I just wanted to get home and didn’t ask about the details.
Re satisfaction, I am satisfied, still a bit numb and it’s a bit early to properly answer, I hope the gum problem is now resolved.
I would like to mention how at ease I am made to feel by Clare and her assistants who explain what is happening and also are very helpful working around gag reflex - thank you.
