Friendly, reassuring

Seen promptly by Faye the Hygienist who was polite, friendly, reassuring and totally professional during my treatment, offering sound advice on areas I need to focus on to improve and maintain my dental health. This appointment was followed by a brief (5 minutes or so) checkup by Adam, the dentist, who concurred with Faye’s assessment and felt no other dental procedures were required.

I am a very nervous patient. My experience is that when I get there it is never as awful as I am expecting. everyone goes out of their way to put you at ease. Yesterday's tricky re-filling with Adam was less terrifying than I imagined and he did all he could to rescue a fragile tooth successfully so far. Such a friendly practice.
