A crown fitted by Jonathan who was kind and reassuring
I had a bad experience of dentistry before joining Your Dentist recently. Today, I had a crown fitted to my molar, which was a two week process in total. My dentist was Jonathan and, from the minute he saw me he was reassuring and kind. I was anxious and tense, but the whole experience could not have been more gently handled. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the sensitive approach.

My first contact was with Megan on a telephone conversation. This is not just a receptionist! Megan clearly has an understanding of dentistry and listened to my short and long term requirements as a new patient with a very painful issue that required some immediate intervention. On arrival for my first appointment which was less that 2 hours after my initial call Megan processed my details efficiently to a point that i was into my appointment with Carlos within 5 minutes. Carlos gave me a warm welcome and after a nice "getting to know you" chat very quickly identified the immediate course of action to deal with my short term issue and ran through a long term plan with estimates of costs for my dental care and hygiene. The ladies assisting in the background were amazingly discreet but also provided a sense of professional depth in the practice. It is a very relaxing environment to be in and i love the colour palette of the décor and uniforms.
Highly recommended people!
