Made me feel at ease

Went to the dentist today, I was a little bit nervous, got into the reception, lady greeted me with a lovely smile. Waiting time wasn’t long. The dentist and his nurse assistant was also very nice. Made me feel at ease and let me know what was happening.

As a nervous patient, the dentist and hygienist always put me at ease. Explaining procedures clearly and listens to any concerns that I may have. Friendly, welcoming and comfortable practice.

Well looked after and comfortable

The dentist was running a little late so the receptionist suggested I see the dental nurse first - this saved any hanging around and was "good practice".
All staff were very polite and friendly and James, the dentist, gave me full details of the problem with my teeth.
I left feeling well looked after and comfortable.
