I had an appointment with the hygienist today, and, as usual, I found her very professional, thorough and gentle. She always discusses any problems with me and gives advice on how to improve things. She is always friendly, which immediately puts me at ease.

I have being a patient at The Dental Practice for over 30 years. Over these 30+ years I have seen 3 Dentists and numerous nurses. All these Dentists and nurses have being very friendly and professional. The treatment I have had has being first class. Not forgetting the Reception staff who are also very friendly and professional.

Comfortable and calm

Excellent experience with Fiona and team as always - always feel very comfortable and calm despite my natural nervousness over having dental treatment - just the right balance of friendliness, care and professionalism.

Rather a nervous patient, but Fiona put me at ease, I didn't feel the injection or the extraction so all good in my book! The practice staff are always friendly, polite and professional, could not be better.

Excellent experience

Reception staff are always welcoming and polite. Today I had a filling. Firstly made to feel at ease. Every part of the procedure was explained before hand. Was reassured if there were any problems they were always available. Overall excellent experience for a dental appointment.

Great attention & service by all.
The costs for any dental service are quite horrendous at this time.
I know it’s not down to any dental practices, completely the Government’s fault, hopefully in the near future things will be ideally less expensive.
