Fabulous

I have been using this Dental Practice for many years and have always received a great professional service. Debbie and her assistants are fabulous. They are always looking for options to help me improve the health of my gums and teeth. I have always been anxious about dental treatment, however their professional, friendly approach always put me at ease, thank you.
I was very sad to hear the passing of one of their colleagues.

I was seen promptly

I chipped a tooth on Tuesday evening. Rang the practice early on Wednesday morning and was given an appointment that afternoon. I was seen promptly. James and his assistant were friendly and professional. James explained exactly what had happened, showing me previous X-rays of my teeth and drawing diagrams. He made a temporary repair and explained the options available to me and gave me a written quotation for the relevant costs. I will go back to him next once I have decided which course of action I wish to take.

Emergency appointment

Attended as a new emergency appointment, as recently moved to the area. Had severe toothache and required extraction. I was very apprehensive but I didn't need to be, no pain felt and such a relief to be pain free. Thank you James.
