I had my routine dental exam today with Shima and Shar who I met today for the first time. Both ladies were very polite and friendly. Shima the dentist was very through and gave me very important dental advice that I need to follow stringently to improve my overall dental health. It just goes to show that when someone's very passionate about the care they give their patients they actually care about improving patients dental health. I was advised to buy better dental cleaning accessories and follow the given advice daily. This is a really good dental practice and the team and receptionists are very nice everytime I visit. I hope to see Shima and Shar again when I next visit in three months time. Thank you guys 😊

My experience
Despite prior notice and request they did not record my mobility difficulty and need for ground floor consultation. Made me climb stairs to see hygienist and gave 3 different excuses.

Was very anxious about having an extraction because I hate needles but Nooshin was so gentle and calm and I felt so comfortable! They were also so accommodating of my baby and the whole experience was a million times better than I expected!

Went to see the hygenist, who was ultra friendly, as are all the staff Had the Airflow procedure which I had for the first time on my previous visit (extra £ 35), and again highly pleased with the result.
