Exceptional service
Exceptional service as usual. Hygienist makes me feel at ease by taking her time and being very communicative. The fact she's so thorough also shows she cares about the patient's health. She addressed my concern about my wisdom tooth by taking a photo of it for me to see. And in the past she's managed to turn around bleeding inflamed gums and plaque buildup. Always sets me on the right path again.

Great advice on options
I had changed my toothpaste and my teeth felt so sensitive so I was going to cancel my appointment but changed my mind. I explained to both the hygienist and dentist and both were brilliant, taking care and making sure during the session I was ok which meant I had very minimal discomfort. The dentist gave me great advice on options if the sensitivity continued. I came away feeling they really cared and I really appreciated the time and care they took.
