I suffer from major anxiety at dentists. From the moment I met Dr Bela, I felt safe. I've had four fillings and a crown rework, and at every point I've felt cared for by her, and the dental nurse Antonio's, utter professionalism and speed. Look, there's nothing fun about getting a filling, but all mine have been done with speed, great care and expertise. Yesterday, I had a bit of a panic attack, Dr Bela and the nurse were so generous with their patience and kindness, I felt very moved.
I'd like to point out how lovely the staff are at reception too. Courteous, kind and warm. I'm a bit chatty and they never rush me!
Dr Kataria saw me for a possible root canal and he could not have been gentler or kinder.
