I am most definitely not a fan of dentists.
Today I had an amazing experience.
Dr Kataria was such a caring patient person. Dr Kataria took time to explain and make sure I understood what he was going to do. He Showed me photos to explain the procedure. He is a very thoughtful person understanding the patient needs and making sure they are met.
The technical experience he showed today was above and beyond. Dr Kataria showed so much patient with the treatment. I have never had such caring treatment and felt so relaxed. I left the dentist today feeling I had such a position experience . I was never in any discomfort during the treatment. Dr Katarias assistant was equally caring.
I would have no doubt at all in reminding Dr Kataria

Dr Kataria was absolutely fantastic and I’m so grateful for all the care I received. He always took the time to explain everything carefully and in a way that I could understand, considered my priorities, and involved me when deciding on treatment next steps. I felt that I understood the treatment, the reasons behind it, and possible next steps. His technical abilities are amazing, and he was so reassuring and kind throughout. Excellent customer care
I am very happy with the practice and have been attending Timberhill for about 18 years. Staff are pleasant and kind. They remember details about me from visit to visit so I feel acknowledged and recognised as an individual not just a patient. They have been particularly supportive and provided excellent customer care which has been very important for me during this last year.
