Staff at the reception were lovely
Went in for a hygienist checkup appointment. Staff at the reception were lovely and welcoming. Dental staff were friendly and put me at ease. Very limited wait time as well.

A very pleasant and helpful reception. Appointment on time. A very reassuring greeting from all staff. The procedure I was about to have was explained in detail which was very clear. Post procedure great, enquiring how I was and asking if there was any further information I required.
All in all I would definitely recomend Toftwood Dental Practice to any one.

Toftwood Dental Peactice were utterly amazing. I had a possible health emeregency and needed a quick appointment. They fitted me in within minutes and I was home in less than hour after making the initial phonecall. They were professional and put my mind at rest. Every member of staff from the superb dentist, the dental nurses and receptionists were reassuring and showed care and concern in all aspects. This is an outstanding practice.

After a bad experience with a hygienist in the past, it was a lovely experience to meet Kim who put me at ease, explained what was being done & why, didn’t feel any discomfort, it was a very satisfactory visit

Friendly staff
All the staff are smiley and friendly which makes a big difference if you are a bit nervous. Very nice, friendly, professional relationship between Dentist and Dental Nurse. Everyone seems very happy in their work.

Attentive and considerate
The staff are wonderful. They are attentive and considerate in ensuring a treatment visit is as pleasant as it can be.
My latest visit was to have 16 years worth of neglect cleaned up and a grand job they made of it. Thank you.
