Every time I visit Toftwood dental practice I am treated with respect and am always greeted by a smiley face at reception.
At the moment I am having treatment for a dental implant. I am told what is happening every step of the way and I have every confidence in Aileen and her marvellous team.

Really impressed with this place. The staff are friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. From the moment you walk in it doesn’t feel like your typical dental practice. It’s relaxed, clean and they take the time to make you feel at ease.
My dentist has been great. Calm, professional and explains everything properly so you know exactly what’s going on. I’ve never felt rushed and everything’s been done with care. They’ve also got some decent tech including a scanner that takes a full picture of your face. Pretty clever stuff.
The assistants are lovely too, always smiling and creating a positive atmosphere. They even had music playing during one of my appointments which made the whole thing feel a bit less clinical.
If you’re after a dental practice that’s modern, professional and actually cares about making patients feel comfortable, I’d definitely recommend Toftwood.

A very friendly practice
I was seen same day at short notice as a new patient in emergency, treated and prescribed antibiotics with a further appointment for a few days' time.
At that time an extraction was carried out and a further appointment made for a follow up inspection to check all is well.
A very friendly practice who gave me great confidence that my care will be important to them.
Well recommended on experience so far.
As normal for private practice you need a healthy cheque book.

Everything was perfect
As usual everything was perfect, the appointment was on time, the dentist was very friendly and so was the nurse and the receptionist. Everything was immaculately clean and I was treated with respect. No improvement necessary.

Everything was explained to me
On arrival I was greeted with a polite enquiry, " good afternoon, how can we be of help". Everything was explained to me and reassured me that treatment would be exactly what is required. I would certainly recommend the practice to friends and colleagues.

A very good experience for a nervous patient
I recently registered with this practice as I had no dentist. I hadn’t seen a dentist for a number of years and I was already a very nervous patient. Staff at Toftwood helped to reassure me and took time to help me feel relaxed and calm. A very good experience on both my visits

Extremely pleased
I was extremely pleased with my treatment to have a crown removed ready for a replacement. Apologies to Aileen-I wasn’t wearing my hearing aids and kept asking her to repeat what she had said. When I got home I realised why I had difficulty hearing her.
