Staff are approachable
Kim was really gentle and talked me through what exactly needed improving with my teeth. The surgery is clean, staff are approachable and I wouldn’t consider going anywhere else despite the cost.

My visit this morning was very good. The receptionists were very friendly and efficient. The treatment by Aileen was also very good. I find the dental practice is exceptional in the manner in which they handle the appointments and making further appointments. I like attending the practice and would recommend it to other people. Well worth the five star rating.

Toftwood Dental Practice
Aileen managed to save one of my molars and I was due to go back for her to finish it off.
But unfortunately the night before my actual tooth broke.
A decision was made to remove the tooth.
It was very difficult and I congratulate Aileen on her patience and stamina.
I was made aware of what was going on the whole time.
The dental nurse was very kind too.

Everyone is so lovely
Treated very sympathetically when I was 30 minutes late for appointment - taxi had booked the wrong day. Thought my appointment would be cancelled but after a short wait was fitted in. Everyone is so lovely which means so much especially for a disabled person when doing simple things can be a major challenge. Thank you!
