A replacement filling

All the staff were polite, professional but very friendly. The premises including disabled toilet facility was spotlessly clean. Aileen and her dental assistant were very friendly and put me at ease. I had a replacement filling, without numbing, which was replaced quickly and painlessly. The visit was a pleasant one.

Just joined the practice as haven’t been to the dentist for a few years, greeted by lovely reception staff very welcoming. I saw the dentist first for examination and x-rays as had toothache, went through all the work needed, I am a bit nervous but they explained everything and they are all so nice. Then had a hygienist appointment I said I was nervous and she was the nicest lady, explained everything and kept asking if I was ok, such a good clean and showed me how to clean my teeth properly. Great experience.

I was terrified of the dentist and hadn’t gone for many years but eventually I had to go because my teeth were in a bad way. I joined this practice and found all staff very helpful and kind. Suzanna the dentist made me feel totally at ease and all my treatment was pain free, I never felt rushed and nothing was too much trouble. I have now finished my treatment plan and will no longer worry about going to the dentist in the future. Thank you so much to everyone at this practice

The whole experience was amazing

I was absolutely terrified before my appointment to the extent I almost walked out.
The staff were incredible at putting me at ease, they gave me a glucose drink to help me calm down.
My dentist was amazing, she gave me a stress ball for each hand and even numbed my gum before the injection.
The whole experience was amazing and I hope my fear of dentists is gone.

Staff are kind, caring and very professional

I have used the practice for several years now and having been terrified of dentists since childhood. I have found that all the staff are very patient and caring. They have put me at ease and have been very supportive of my needs at all times. I now do not fear going to the dentist as all the staff give an excellent service in a very professional manner. I give a very big thank you to all the staff for that. I would recommend this practice to anyone. Thank you.

Made me feel well cared for

Thank you for your kindness and patience treating me today. I do get very nervous visiting a dentist ever since childhood but you were both, as always, so lovely and made me feel well cared for and at ease and all complete with a lovely smile.
