Gentle and professional
The reception staff are friendly, the hygienist and dentist are excellent - patient, gentle and professional. I was a complete wimp at the dentist but this practice has cured me.

Care & attention to detail
Thank you for the care & attention to detail shown by the whole team. Aileen, Leah & Alexis were all incredibly kind, skilled and sensitive to my needs during the placement of the implant into my jawbone.
Every time I’ve been to Toftwood the care has been consistently high and where I had previously been nervous of dentistry, I now have every confidence that any work I need will be painless and carried out with care.

I was extremely nervous and didn’t think I would be able to cope with the appointment but the all the staff were kind and patient. The dentist took her time, explaining everything to me and letting me take it one step at a time and I managed to get into the chair and have the work done I needed doing.
I can’t praise this surgery nor my dentist enough for how they work with me to keep me calm and allow me to remain in control of what happens and when. Patiently waiting until I’m ready to move onto the next step.
