Toftwood Dental Practice
I’m always very pleased with my visits to Toftwood Dental Practice. All members of staff are professional in their roles as well as having a friendly approach. Everything is explained properly so you know exactly what to expect from appointments. The reason for my visit today was not routine, but because I had a problem arise with one of my teeth. I was seen promptly by Aileen who with kindness explained what she could do today and the tooth was dealt with there and then with great efficiency.

Superb, gentle, reassuring
I can say in all honesty that Toftwood have completely cured me of my lifelong fear of dentists (at the age of 71!). Just over a year ago I had my first ever extraction. Aileen was aware of my feelings about dentists and couldn't have been gentler or more reassuring. It was a difficult extraction as the tooth was broken but I felt no pain at all throughout the process. Likewise Kim is a superb hygienist with a lovely 'bedside manner'!

What a fabulous dental practice. I am new to the practice and what a wonderful experience. Everyone is so professional and cheerful. I was greeted with a big smile by Devin who had the best customer care. The hygienist Kim & nurse Maisie were bubbly and kind , they both put me at ease. I am looking forward to going back. I can highly recommend this practice.

I recently visited Toftwood Dental Practice for the first time in a long while due to a failed filling from a previous dentist. Suzie made my visit very comfortable and reassuring by explaining everything in a way that I could understand. The practice itself is fantastic - it's small and has very friendly staff. I highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a welcoming and professional dental experience.

I was very impressed with my recent visits to Toftwood Dental Practice and seeing Dr Clack. I had a check up and had to have a filling. Dr Clack is very good at putting me at ease, as like most people I don't enjoy trips to the dentist! She is warm and friendly. Unfortunately, I was having a bit of toothache after my filling, in fact the tooth ache had been before the filling so I was hoping the ache would go after the filling was done, but it seemed to continue. I had a new job starting so really didn't want to be taking time off for the filling. Dr Clack kindly arranged for my filling appointment and my second appointment at short notice, so that I wouldn't have to take time off. Since that follow up appointment the aching has gone. I have been very impressed with Dr Clack and I am really glad I have found a good dentist.
