Staff are very friendly, especially with children. The dentist Dr Clack is brilliant. Very trusting and will put you at ease if you are feeling anxious about any of the treatments.

I cannot praise this practice enough! I had aligners recently to straighten my teeth. It is something I always wanted and I was quiet nervous. Aileen and the team made me feel so relaxed and welcome. I would highly recommend this practice and am so pleased with the results. If I could rate higher that 5 stars I would ⭐️

For as long as I can remember, I've always been an extremely nervous person when it comes to having dental work done. So, you can imagine my anxiety when I realised that Brendan had retired. All the years of slowly becoming more and more relaxed about attending the dentist, even for just a check-up, had taken a massive blow knowing he was no longer there.

However, what was I worried about... The new team have gone above and beyond my expectation to make me feel relaxed and comfortable, especially recently when hearing the 2 words I'd never wanted to hear... Root Canal.

Not only was the procedure painless, but the aftercare and contact I've received has been exceptional. Having Karen there (a familiar face) really helped, however both Aileen and Leah have been fantastic, and I certainly won't be nervous about going back, this new team are amazing!

Update: Last year I decided to go ahead with a tooth implant for my gap and I am so grateful I had Aileen walk me through the process. Everything was clear at the start, how many appointments I needed, what happens at each one and how much it will all cost. Every appointment has been a joy (even the drilling one) and although Aileen is setting the tone with her professionalism and her wide knowledge, I have to say that her staff and nurses that support her are also brilliant. And I met quite a few of them! The practice also has some serious tech and brand new detailed scanners where I could see amazing detail of my jaw! I am super pleased and switching to Toftwood Dental Practice has been the best decision. Now my family is also here.

Previous: I cannot recommend high enough the team here. I was a particularly difficult case and they went above and beyond to make sure I got the right treatment for me, even accommodated my odd availability issues. I also need to stress how at ease and calm Aileen made me feel during the procedure. She is a natural in caring for people and the results were really high quality. Thank you so much!

I couldn’t be any happier with the level of care, professionalism and friendly staff received at this dental practice. Having not been to a dentist for several years they certainly made me feel at ease with their warm welcome and consideration. Would highly recommend! I will not be going anywhere else!

These guys are so kind and reassuring. Hadn't been to the dentist in years but couldn't imagine it being better anywhere else. Really excellent level of care & treatment and really reassuring.
