Lovely dental practice, ladies on reception were super helpful and lovely.
The dentist was absolutely amazing and put me at ease as I was extremely nervous.
Love the whole ambiance of the place.
Only niggle, reception desk was in the same room as the waiting area.
Everyone could hear anything you said to the receptionist including payment and personal details.
Made me feel uncomfortable.

Straightforward 6 mth check up with dentist - always thorough with her checks which include more than just teeth. The hygienist is really good and cleaning is also thorough and never painful (I've had one or two in the past that either drown you with water or butcher your gums).

I used to dread the Dentist tbh. Last year I had gum issues and broken teeth, the team at Toftwood have been great and slowly but surely my teeth and gums are getting much better. I now love going to the Dentist 😁

Late last year I had to visit Toftwood Dental Practice due to a broken tooth. I was so, so nervous but was treated so well and at the time wrote a great review of their service. I have thus conquered my absolute fear of 'the dentist' because Dr. Aileen Clack is just simply marvellous and clearly expertly skilled. The prior broken tooth revealed that I needed route canal surgery at some point, which was completed yesterday. Yes, I was a little nervous but, again, Dr Clack reassured me and the procedure was swift and great! I have gone from steering clear of dentists for the past 20 years, to gladly walking cheerfully into their reception to be met by wonderfully friendly staff and the knowledge that I am in great hands. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
