Another positive visit to Estie for a hygenist appointment. After my 1st appointment, last year, my gums no longer bleed which means i clean my teeth more thoroughly. Estie was very pleased with the improvement. I wish i had come here years ago! Not all dentists and hygenists are this friendly and informative as i know to my cost!

Calm and Gentle absolutely lived up to their name. I’ve had a course of appointments to plan and have treatment. Everyone I saw and spoke with really wanted me to feel as comfortable as possible with what was happening. I was particularly nervous as I hadn’t been to the dentist for some time.
I felt everybody really listened to my concerns and Pieter especially took time to explain what was happening during the treatment to help me understand. He got the balance right of telling me what to expect and not telling too much so I became overwhelmed.
I did not expect to feel this, but I’m genuinely looking forward to coming back when it’s time for my next appointment.
Thank you to a lovely practice for putting the people first.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else
Always feel at ease when I come to have my teeth done, my Dentist tells me everything she is doing and she is a lovely person, on the whole I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I live in Rochester but I would not feel so relaxed if I went anywhere else.

Estie is so lovely. It is the first time I have been to a hygienist who hasn’t hurt me. Then I saw Pieter who gave my teeth a very thorough check. I never thought I would say I enjoy going to the dentist but everything at this dentist is just as it says ‘calm and gentle’. Gemma, receptionist, was also extremely helpful. Thank you all.
