Very kind and considerate

Quality of Peter’s care and the importance he clearly places on making the client relaxed and at ease whilst in his care is exemplary. He is very patient and is happy to explain the process in as much detail as you may wish. His assistant was also very kind and considerate during my two hour appointment. Top notch.

I had a tooth fall apart over the weekend and was in some seriously intense pain! I chose Calm and Gentle Dental Care because their emergency dental fees weren't obscure & hidden like some clinics I called and I felt they really wanted to help find me an appointment ASAP.

I was seen by Pieter almost immediately and given an injection to stop the throbbing pain. I then only had to wait an hour to have my tooth extracted. Pieter was very gentle putting in the numbing injection - I barely felt a thing! The rest of the procedure went smoothly with Pieter continually checking to make sure I was ok.

Can't thank these guys enough for seeing me on such short notice and the care they took with me - I highly recommend! :)

I rang to get an appointment. Then got a call to say I could be seen in 20 minutes.
As it was a problem with my front tooth I was well happy.

Calm and relaxed

This was my second trip to see Peter.
Both were good and calming atmosphere and I felt I could put my trust in him. He explained everything very well and at all times made to feel as calm and relaxed as possible.
My 2 crowns look amazing and I was so surprised to know with the equipment used meant everything was done from start to finish in one appointment. Thank you.

Unfortunately there was a mistake over the duration of the appointment. I was only allocated 20 minutes but the work required needed an hour so had to make another appointment.
