Calm & Gentle Dental Care - Tonbridge

As the name suggests a very calm and gentle experience. I have been a patient for many years and always received a very professional service that has always been keen to answer any questions or concerns. Thanks guys.

II had a bad fall onto my face and needed some dental care. I was given an emergency appointment with Noor Hassan. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptioninst and only waited a few minutes. Noor explained the process of replacig a filling without the use of a local anaesthetic . I felt no pain at all and the process was completed in 15 minutes. I always feel very relaxed here knowing I will have a positive experience.

The staff at CAGDC continue to provide caring personal interest. I decided to try the new diamond clean offer...was so much less invasive and much more gentle than conventional cleaning. And my teeth felt so clean!!!

I’m an anxious patient but I can say that all the staff from Receptionist to Dentist were absolutely wonderful. We talked about the treatment before it took place & was explained as it went along as well. I couldn’t fault the whole experience.

I called them in the morning asking for an emergency appointment about a tooth that kept me awake all night , and they found me an appointment for later that day. The dentist and assistant were very friendly, after an x-ray he told me pretty much that it needed to come out. After a few injections and finding the sweet spot to numb that tooth came out with next to no pain.

I have recently had a implant fitted with Pieter which on the morning of the treatment I suddenly realised I may have been a bit too big for my boots, the anxiety kicked in and I began to panic. Upon arrival, Gemma on reception welcomed me in and gave me a good sense care, asking me how I am in general and how I’m feeling about the treatment. I spoke about my nerves and asked about a conscious sedation, unfortunately if I wanted that I would have had to make Pieter aware and arrive at the dentistry 30 minutes early.

In a matter of minutes I was invited in by the amazing dental nurse who i didn’t quite catch the name of (sorry) and was instantly engaged in friendly conversation... not knowing at the time that my anxiety was being gently relieved.

I sat on the dentist chair and told Pieter I was feeling nervous, he reminded me that the procedure was completely painless and I would not have to ‘fight through it’ the only things i would feel is pressure and maybe some vibration, in which he was correct.

The anaesthetic was given and within 30 seconds my whole face was numb, another minute down the line and a tooth was removed, at this point i thought Pieter was examining the area so I was quite pleased!

During the procedure Pieter and his dental nurse had friendly conversations which i thought I’d be able to tell by their voices whether things were going well or not. This was not the case, at all times I felt like i was in extremely good hands and I could definitely tell that this was not the first time this duo had done this kind of treatment, everything was done with extreme care and precision, if I gave the slightest hint that i could feel anything the whole operation would stop and i would be asked if everything was ok.

In around 45 minutes the implant was fitted and I was told about how things went, the lovely dental nurse then gave me some aftercare tips, showed me how to put in and remove my temporary tooth which is actually quite the challenge so I’m glad she helped me out!

I really couldn’t be happier with the treatment, for anyone who is looking at implants there is nothing to fear, calm and gentle is an excellent way of describing my experience, and everyone that works here is so lovely. At other dentistry’s I’ve felt like a customer but at calm and gentle dental there is a warming friendly feel and all nerves are put at bay!!

Outstanding service. I’ve met Pieter and his amazing team in September 2020. I’ve lost my front tooth and needed an implant. First had to have a bone restoration which was done really quick and mostly painless. The whole procedure was done in the highest, professional manner. The team was always happy, smiling and chatty. Now I can smile again. Thank you guys

A very good visit to calm & Gentle dentist sat down removed tarter build gums checked then polished and home wonderful day couldn’t recommend this dentist more if I tried
