I had broken a front tooth. I was sure I would have to get an expensive crown. I am also a very nervous patient. I was made to feel totally relaxed from the moment I arrived. Within 20 minutes my tooth had been repaired so well i couldn't tell I'd ever broken it. Amazing team and fantastic service. Highly recommend to anyone.

I'm so grateful to Calm and Gentle dental for the excellent appointment I had this afternoon; I was an extremely nervous patient and came out no longer in fear of the dentist! The receptionist, nurse and Pieter were unfailingly kind and reassuring. Having had a bad experience elsewhere, where a dentist couldn't numb my gum despite multiple injections, Pieter managed first time and the experience was painless. Thank you!

Genuinely, the best dentist I have ever been to!
I contacted Calm & Gentle last week to be registered as a new patient. I told them that I am very anxious and have a rather horrendous dental history (a lot of bad experience). This led to me not seeing a dentist for a long time, too long.
From the first contact, they made me feel heard, understood and welcomed! I had an appointment the day after and though very nervous about the verdict, everyone was so lovely + kind + understanding + compassionate.
The dentist and dental nurse were amazing at keeping me calm.
I had to have a tooth extracted yesterday and hand on my heart, I was actually ok going there. The thought of going to a dentist for a tooth extraction, prior to Calm & Gentle, would have send me into panic mode.

Dr Eman Lavasani is just incredible! And I am beyond grateful.

Though my teeth need a bit more work over the next weeks, I feel absolutely ok going back for more treatment. And I never thought I could feel this way about a dentist.

I had not visited a dentist for many many years due to being extremely phobic. I can only say that I was utterly amazed at the service and for the painless experience I had for my first bout of treatment! Hats off to everyone at calm and gentle for putting me at ease and especially to Pieter for his skill and care. They do exactly what it ‘says on the tin’!! I now feel I can return with ease and finally get all my teeth sorted - many thanks to you all!

The idea of my wisdom tooth being painfully yanked out had left me paralysed with fear, until yesterday, when I paid my first visit to Calm & Gentle. Their name is in their nature, for all my fears and concerns were never realised. I came from London to see Pieter because everyone had raved about him and now I see why. As I lay there sweating profusely, Pieter chatted to me like we were just having a beer. His relaxing, cheery tone drowned my fear with a wave of distraction through intriguing conversation. What I had anticipated to be a brutally painful affair went by without a wince and I was left feeling slightly silly about how much I had worried. Pieter was excellent and Amy was superb! I don't usually bother with leaving reviews but I felt obligated to in the hope that I may ease a future patients nerves - trust me, you are in very good hands!
