Fantastic, caring, professional

Both the hygienist and dentist were fantastic: caring, professional and took time to educate me on my condition and treatment options, as well as promoted good health practices.
Pre and post appointment administration were efficient and supportive.

My experience

I had concerns about my gums. I was in and out in 3 mins. Very little explanation given other than see a hygienist. Nothing about how good or bad my gums or teeth were. What I should do to improve. And 3 mins cost me £26.80.

I'm undergoing implant treatment at present, some of my teeth are being broken off on their own and the implant keeps coming out especially when eating. I have to be very careful when eating.

He was repeatedly interrupted by different persons coming into treatment room which was not respectful to the dr or the patient.

Highly skilled and professional

My dentist and the dental nurse are very warm and welcoming. You feel like you are being treated so well and listen to you. My dentist is highly skilled and professional. I highly recommended her and the dental nurse for their knowledge and skills.
