The Doctor was highly professional and very polite.

The receptionists were very welcoming and helpful. My appt was on time. The dentist was very nice and took her time on my examination. Gave me good advice on dental hygiene.

This is the second appointment which my brother has had with the same dental Therapist Simran. We've had a wonderful experience on both occasions.

On our second visit, Simran and her assistant Bharti greeted us with a smile and we exchanged pleasantries which is always nice. After my brother was made comfortable in the Dentist chair, Simran was very thorough in assessing any potential health and medication changes to update the system. She then proceeded to treat my brothers gum disease by scaling and also doing a filling. She regularly asked my brother if he was okay, which is great. After treatment she thoroughly adviced my brother on overall brushing habits, and suggested an electric tootbrush with a pressure monitor and water flosser. Her and her assistance also have a great undertanding of each other's roles. Her assistant was also very pleasant as she assisted the Therapist. It was great to have been treated by both professionals, who are passionate about their work. Everything was perfectly in sync and a joy to witness and experience.

The only negative I would say. Is that I waited an hour for my appointment. The dentist said he was running late and he apologised. Other than that, my experience at this practice on my first visit was a pleasant one.
