As someone who is VERY anxious about visiting the dentist, I would highly recommend this practice. Maz explained everything to me in great detail and took his time during the procedure to ensure as little discomfort as possible. All staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful, very patient and understanding.

Took time to explain treatment options
Great customer service, the receptionist took the time to talk through the membership plan and services, advised where to park nearby, and even made a note of how to pronounce my husband's name correctly. The dentist really took time to explain treatment options, but without any pressure. Such a refreshing change from previous dentist.

Fantastic team
Today was my first dental procedure following my initial check up after recently joining the practice.
Kayla on reception was lovely and welcoming, making me feel at ease beforehand and both the dentist Maz and dental nurse Chloe were so lovely too! I felt comfortable enough to say I was nervous about the anaesthetic injections and they reassured me they would use numbing gel which definitely made a difference and then Maz explained exactly what he was going to do and throughout the procedure he continued to explain, keeping me posted on how far through we were. Chloe was really supportive all the way through, distracting me well and even turned the music up for me to focus on!
This is the most relaxed I've ever been in a dental procedure and can’t thank them enough, an all round fantastic team who I’d highly recommend!
