Very pleased with the service
Struggled over the weekend with bad toothache. Concerned that I may not get to see a dentist. Fortunately Tower Hill opened at Eight and was able to see me 2 hours later and prescribe antibiotics for infection. More treatment to go yet, but very pleased with the service so far.

I actually enjoy going to the dentist now because they are very friendly and you can have a laugh with them which I think is the main point because you then feel comfortable and confident in what they are doing.

I found myself needing an emergency appointment and was struggling to get a dentist. Tower Hill saw me within 2 days with the treatment completed shortly afterwards. The whole team are fantastic, very professional and caring. I highly recommend Tower Hill and their great service. The treatment went well, as did the recovery and aftercare. I took my daughter down for the first time yesterday. My little girl was very nervous but the team provided excellent care and went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable. Esther and Maddie reassured her every step of the way. They talked her through everything describing things in a way a child can really understand. The practice has a very welcoming environment as soon as you walk in. I can’t recommend Tower Hill enough.

Love this place, the dentists and staff! After struggling to find a dentist following a damaged filling that needed some work, I was able to get registered with Tower Hill. The first appointment was brilliant which included an X-ray to check the condition of my teeth for future issues, the work done was brilliant and everyone there was lovely.

When I needed an emergency appointment, the team at Tower Hill Dental Practice went above and beyond to ensure I was out of pain by providing the treatment I needed. The team were amazing! It was also very affordable, which surprised me, as it’s not an NHS practice.
I have now registered with them as a patient and have been back since for a hygienist appointment. The best clean and polish my teeth have ever received!

I can't recommend Tower Hill Dental Practice enough! Especially if you are a nervous patient like myself. Any anxieties I had were put at ease as soon as you walk through the door. Lovely, clean, modern Practice with the fabulous Rachel there to greet you. Rachel makes you feel really welcome and everything from booking in to bring taken up to the treatment room is explained to you. The 2 nurses I saw today were so lovely and again everything that was going to happen at my appointment was explained to me and i had plenty of opportunities to ask questions if I didn't understand. My treatment was done in small stages and I was constantly reassued and checked on throughout.
Can't recommend Tower Hill enough! Didn't think I'd ever say a dentist was great, but I cannot fault anything about this one! Nervous patients.....this is the one to visit!

Tower Hill Dental Practice in Sowerby was the first dentist I had gone to since before COVID-19. I contacted them informing some anxieties I had regarding seeing them and they put me as such ease. In the appointment they were so welcoming and lovely, constantly checking if I was okay. They gave me a tour of their facilities and talked me through the entire team. I’ve never had private care before but they went above and beyond. The price was 100% reasonable for the service and it’s strange now to say that I can’t wait to go back to the dentist! Honestly having the owner be the first person you see, having her answer phones and it’s small things like that which make you know they truly care about the establishment. I love loved how much the dental nurse got excited about teeth!! It was so refreshing to be talked to about it all rather than just sitting down and not knowing what is going on. I would highly recommend.
