Brilliant
Very positive experience. The staff at Reception are friendly, pleasant and efficient. Thank you.
I had a filling, and the therapist and dental nurse were both brilliant. I didn’t feel the injection at all, and though the treatment took a while as it was a very big filling, I felt relaxed throughout. Thank you.

I went to see the hygienist, Julie today, Following on from a recent dental appointment. My husband usually goes to her and has always had lots of praise for her.
I am someone who has always had a negative relationship with the dentist and always feared it. The initial dentist was such a lovely, Empathetic man and the hygienist, Julie I saw today was incredible. It was Julie and Charlotte who were at my appointment and they were so lovely and reassuring throughout which made me feel at ease. Julie was so full of passion and energy for her job and it really made all the difference. She was a breath of fresh air and gave me lots of tips going forward and definitely gave me the confidence going forward to be less anxious. Could not recommend high enough.

Each procedure is discussed and explained
A professional and efficient, well run dental practice.
The front of desk staff are obliging and helpful and go out of their way to accommodate your appointment times.
The dental and hygienist side of the practice again are very professional.
Each procedure is discussed and explained before and after each treatment, which I find reassuring and helpful.
A 9 out of 10 rating from myself, falling short of the maximum 10 as parking is not available as the practice is situated on the main High Street at Treorchy.

Well got to say the lady who cleaned my teeth was absolutely amazing and the young girl with her I was so afraid of hvin it done but she was amazing and so gentle and didn't feel a thing,also she was very funny and talking to me all the time she was cleaning my teeth 10 out of 10 for the both of them thank you so much.

Great appointment
My son saw Josh last week and Josh was absolutely amazing with him. My son struggles with a few things and going to the dentist is one of his struggles. Josh was so patient and made my sons visit great.
