Supportive and reassuring
I was seen as an emergency patient. Everyone at the practice was welcoming and professional. A special thank you to my dentist Alex who could see I was nervous and took time to explain everything to me. She was very supportive and reassuring throughout.

Brilliant
I'm a very nervous patient, but after suffering toothache all over Christmas, hoping it would go away, I had to make an emergency appointment. Alex was brilliant, she was quick to make me feel at ease. I had to have an x-ray and Alex explained everything to me thoroughly. I was relieved to be leaving with a prescription for antibiotics.
The dental nurse was also lovely but I can't remember her name, sorry! My nerves got the better of me.
The practice is always very clean, the receptionists were friendly. I left there feeling much better than when I went in.
