Good experience
My experience as usual was good, the reception staff who are professional, polite and helpful. The dentist Callum and dental nurse put me at ease, giving information as to how the procedure was progressing.
I felt the whole experience was a positive one.

I wish I could tell you the name of the dentist I saw today, she's new, I've not seen her before but she was lovely! Full of personality and fun. Listened and when I told her about my personal habits ie: smoking and drinking orange juice, she didn't give me the proverbial lecture.
She suggested I see the Hygienist who had a spot free today.
I believe her name is Julie, apologies if I've got that wrong. Well, I couldn't be more chuffed! I have a prominent tooth that was deeply stained that made me incredibly self conscious when I smiled but after seeing Julie, the staining has gone and I can't tell you what a difference this will make to my confidence.
All-in-all a great experience today, would highly recommend.

The Receptionist was professional and helpful on both the phone and at the desk, and had an excellent telephone manner. The dentist, Christian explained everything about the risks with regards to the nerve running below the gum and removed my tooth in 10 minutes without me feeling any pain from the 2 needles or removal of my tooth. Really impressed. The anaesthetic hasn't worn off yet but very little bleeding or pain so far
Thank you ever so much for sorting me out. I'm so glad I moved to Bryant Dental Practice as my dentist. Awesome service. Thank you very much. ❤️👍
